I can’t find that file o.o. I hope when I did a tune-up on my laptop, it didn’t erase some important files :/

Hello! I came on here because I have no idea what else to do. For the past two days haven’t been able to buy or sell to other players or use the web shop. Whenever I try to use any of the trading posts, they just come up blank. I have tried resetting the game, resetting the router, resetting the computer, checking my firewall, and running as administrator. Any help would be greatly appreciated . I have Windows 8 if that helps as well.
