Ah, I had thought it was tier one since the other three spirit forms are there. And what of the Mistfire Wolf?

I am playing a Norn Guardian, and just reached level 30. The elite skills that became available are: Tome of Wrath, Renewed Focus, Become the Wolf, Become the Bear, Become the Raven, and Mistfire Wolf.

Snow Leopard is absent entirely, despite being what I chose as part of her story. The last skill, Mistfire Wolf, seems to be in it’s place. This skill does not have a price (the others show 10 skill points), nor does anything happen when I click on it. The ‘buy for’ and ‘confirm’ buttons do not appear.
