So… after 8 days of trying to get ahold of them, and them telling me TWICE to do that same crap I already told them I did in my original post, the support staff changed my e-mail login for the WRONG ACCOUNT?!??! WTF?!?

I’ve been emailing them from the yahoo account which is not getting the verification e-mails. They told me then can switch it. So I made a new gmail account address. So what do they do, they switch my old gmail account to the new one? NOT ONCE, had I ever mentioned the other account to them! A simple 3 minute long phone call would save SOO many da**ed issues!!!

/sigh Alas, I cannot get in touch with ArenaNet to even communicate the problem. This post is never going to get touched by a dev and I am going to be out $50.00 for a game that I have even used once! This is kind of rediculous!

Yes I am sure that the mails have not been deleted, put into another folder and they did not end up in the spam folder. I don’t use this account for anything other than this game. I made it specifically for GW2. Maybe Yahoo is just not letting them through for some reason?

Thank you ALL, for trying to help with this issue. I DO have the password and my login information, but for some reason the e-mails that are supposed to come to my Yahoo mail account are not getting there. I followed all the steps that were outlined and still nothing, and yes, I did submit a ticket, but I’ve been hearing the support staff is really back logged with other items. I guess I’ll try to wait patiently… :-)

So I added all the domains and addresses to my safe senders and my address book, and still nothing.

All I want to do is play, but I can’t… I tried to log into my 2nd account, but it’s asking for an IP Verification…. althought I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY GOD FORSAKEN E-MAILS WITH A LINK TO CLICK!!!! Does this game not work with Yahoo accounts? If it doesn’t I need someone who can fix this crap, since there are no god darned phone numbers that we can call and talk to a support person. So let’s see how many months it takes before I can play on the account that I payed $50.00 for!!!!

And if this actually get’s answered by someone from ArenaNet, this is NOT the account I am talking about, since I cannot even log in ANYWHERE with my other account!

I am having an issue with staying connected. My wife and I are trying to get into an instance, but get immediately disconnected. The we get Error Code=19:9:18:1614:101 and we can’t log in for a good 20 minutes. It’s now done this 4 times! Is there anything we can do to fix this?
