still having the same problems. specifically, amdkmdap has stopped responding and has recovered.

i’ve just found out that i had an nvidia gfx installed in my computer before which drivers are still in my computer. i’ve used driver sweeper in safe mode to uninstall all AMD and Nvidia components on my computer and reinstalled CCC 13.1. Hope that does the trick.

having the same problem as you bro… its so irritating!

i’ve been constantly changing the driver hoping for a fix, this is a new computer and its first ever graphics card. im running with 850W and i doubt electrical power is an issue here.
im wondering if CCC settings are the ones that are causing this problem

I recently bought a Radeon HD7970 for Guild wars 2 but i’ve been getting screen freezes which result in the above prompt ‘display driver stopped responding and has recovered’
but sometimes im booted out to desktop and forced to end a non responding GW2 using task manager.

I would really love to play this game without any technical glitches, any help is appreciated.
