Edited to remove players name and thanks I wasn’t aware a tag gave power over the person who created the squad. I guess in future if no one has a tag I’ll just stick on that mentor tag to prevent something like this happening again.

I’ve just stopped mythic raiding on WoW and wanted a more chill layed back MMO which GW2 fits the bill perfectly which is why I’ve picked it up again and returned. The raids here are more chill/casual for me also which is what I’m preferring right now. It was just sad to see this behaviour for the first time on guild wars I suppose :<

So I’ve recently returned to this game and have started checking out the raids.

I always loved this game for the community, however the behaviour of some people in the raiding scene is disgusting.

There was myself and 2 other players sat waiting patiently for roughly 30 minutes only for then a commander to join our raid group and instantly start kicking members and then proceeds to sit in the Aerodrome after ruining our squad.

How is this allowed for someone to just join a group and have permission to start kicking people off the bat and does the LFG Abuse report actually work?

It’s sad to witness this behaviour and previous behaviour amongst the raiding community =/

Condi Reaper here on EU. Really want to get into raiding. I finally managed to squeeze into a group yetserday and got to experience VG, Gorse and the Escort event which mechanically I picked up easily.

I really want to start raiding more and hopefully push into the other wings.

I’m fully ascended and have the correct food/nourishment, I’m a patient player and used to wipes etc from hardcore raiding on a previous MMO.

Is there any squad out there be it Training or Static that are willing to give me a go please. I’ll always read up/watch on the fight before hand so I’m going in best prepared which is what I did yesterday. Had GW2 on 1 monitor and boss mechanics on the other

I play a Necro only as it’s the only class that interests me both here and any game really :P, currently running the Viper build as sadly it was the easiest way to fit into groups following the meta.

I’m really interested in checking out and getting into the raiding on GW2 especially now legendary armour has arrived.

I come from a hardcore raiding background from another MMO which is what has kept me from stepping into GW2 raiding but I’m now free from that.

I can raid any days and preferred times would be evening GMT in a more casual environment.

I always read/watch up on anything new to me so I’m always best prepared and if it’s needed to know then I am fully ascended geared. If any further info is wanted then please ask

Outside of raiding (if I manage to find a guild to do this with) I’m doing my daily T4 Fractals and enjoying farming the HoT Map Metas which would also be amazing to do as a guild activity. I occasionally dip into WvW and SPvP during the Seasons although now legendary armour has released will probably spend all my time in HoT maps

Yea I’ve done that but it’s still there prompting me to either; Continue This Story, Continue This Chapter or Restart this episode =/

So I wanted to replay one chapter in the new LS3 which was Research in Rata Novus. I went in and got the achievement I needed but now there seems to be no way to quit the story… Everytime I go into my story panel it’s there saying continue story even though I’ve completed it all already.

Same goes for HoT Story Heart and Minds chapter. I’ve completed it and didn’t mean to replay this chapter but even though I’ve quit it there’s always a tab now telling me to continue this story.

Is this a bug or intended? I don’t want to replay them all again to remove the “Continue This Story” tab
