Is there any possible way to change your guild’s name?

AM STILL NOT ABLE TO USE MY CHARACTER WHICH IS COSTING ME MONEY I CANNOT CRAFT MY DAILY ASCENDED ITEMS AND HAVE LOST TIME DUE TO THIS i DROPPED IN A AREA IN VERDANT BRINK AND NOW I AM UNABLE TO WAYPOINT RES OR EVEN GOTO THE PVP LOBBY THE CHARACTER IS JUST STUCK THERE.
I also had a guild mate try to res me and he is stuck also.

Not going outside until I’m sure I can purchase a revive orb.
