The only thing I truly wanted from HoT was new legendaries and i already have the dreamer, bifrost, frostfang and HOPE so i wanted ones i didnt already have a leg for. Anet seriously let me down with HoT. If you cannot deliver on what you say I truly beleive your company needs an overhaul. I dont give a hoot how long ppl have been in the company. Fire everyone and get a competent team. Do that or be honest to us that love the game and dont say we are getting stuff then deliver on 10% of what you say. This is probably going to be one of the final things I’ll take from this company kittening us around. Remove dungeon devs…i sigh and go well okay theyll bring something great and keep my dungeons rewarding…nope you molest them. You promised so much with HoT but the results were a hurried half finished broken system you called a great expansion laughing all the way to the bank. If 6 devs cannot be spared to create a few neat weapons start paying the community back, or have those of us that love the game contribute and accept our help. I can guarantee there are plenty of people with the know how and skill to be able to implement new legendaries, even on your broken code of a game.

Wasn’t this item a lw season 1 reward item, why is it not in the season 1 rewards vendor for laurels?? I really just want to know this because i think it would look sexy with my HOPE and if i am lucky enough to get the chak egg amulet thing to give me more visual fashion. And yes this is all about Fashion Wars

Mace is’nt in a terrible place atm with the revenant getting mace it will see more use, and warriors use mace quite frequently as an offhand weapon. Same goes for Longbow, with the addition of the Dragon Hunter LB will be seeing much more gameplay. Rifle I can agree could use more love as well, but I still favor the short bow since it is only usable on medium armor atm where Rifle is used on Heavy (warrior) and Medium (engi).

I’m not sure how other people feel about the short bow, I am a big fan of the weapon (mainly bc of The Dreamer). I would love to see this weapon expanded to more classes with future specializations, its main uses are for thieves or for rangers in PvP currently there are pretty much no uses for the short bow in the PvE environment apart from theif secondary weapon set. I was hoping warrior would get the short bow with HoT but torch seems fitting for the jungle. Does anyone else have thoughts on this, or what they would like to see for the future of the short bow and specializations for other classes?

I just need to know…will any class specialization include the use of a shortbow? It is kind of sad that only ranger and thief get to use this beautiful weapon
