YES! Trying to be patient, but they’ve had enough time to figure out this out and get our rewards to us. I played every day, every event and was so excited for the final event…hours of battle and then BAM! disconnected, no reward. Finally logged back in and those that got their loot from the event linking their items in chat, ouch, that hurt.
Same problem, sound comes through internal speakers just fine, but not through my usb headset, very frustrating and I hope it’s a problem they can solve soon. Since my husband does not want to listen to my game sounds while I play, I have to keep the sound muted. /sigh
