It seems like this is still bugged. I’ve been staring at Zolin for over an hour, checked the lake, been on 3 different instances and nothing is happening. I, too, need this mastery point and it’s frustrating this isn’t fixed.

Yeah, I got the same message too. I had 36 points and now all of mine are gone.
Earlier when it happened, I logged completely out and back in, nothing happened…now, later it’s all in tp now is what I mean. 
I did log out and back in…gold is in tp now
I was buying a stack of powerful blood when an error popped up saying trouble connecting to server, I never disconnected, but my gold (over 200) was taken and my powerful blood was not in trading post for me to get nor in my inventory.
