Support finally have done something….

They’ve closed all the tickets for prioritization that Anet asked us to create.

Now my 23/08 ticket is still waiting at the same spot, so they took a look at the tickets, closed them…

And still no news.

Guess i am back to the usual hope of getting heard. This is only he 15th day…

Erm, hacked account frop August 23.

Ticket: 120823-004501
I made ticket as asked by different status updates, here is one that sums it up and in english: 120904-002817

I guess that 23 August may be prioritized a bit, as i did not even get to play one second since headstart…

I’d like to have any answer, at that point, in fact.

Edit: The “fun” part is that if i ever get my account back ( which is linked to GW1 and cost me it too ), it will probably be banned for bad behaviour, even though i could not log even once :o.

Hello,

I am posting from my friend’s account because mine is still hacked.

I was wondering one thing. I was hacked, on August 23rd and i see a lot of later hacked account already returned to their rightfull owners.

This hacked has blocked my GW2 account, and the linked GW1 account.

So, i wanted to know, who here as been waiting longer than me on the same issue ?

2 weeks seems a bit long.

My account name is Jelk.1940

Original ticket is 120827-012011

Prioritize and english ticket is 120904-002817

And by the way, i am about 200% sure that if i ever retrieve my account… It will probably be banned for bad behaviour or whatever, despite the fact that i could not log in since before the headstart.

So i guess it will be a few more weeks to get it back.

Edit: at the time of the hack, there was absolutely no security on Anet’s side. No auth email, you could even change the email without any verification, it even disabled GW1’s security.

I have been hacked since last stress test ( 23/09 ) and support is taking a hell of a time to work on it…

This is the original ticket number:

I have submitted a new ticket as asked when you said all prior to 1st september have been processed, here i restate everything in english:

Thank you in advance, i bought game on first hour of sale and have not been able to play at least once yet…

Oh and please, may you look at the account to see if it is banned ? I was never able to log in, so it can’t be my behavior if it is banned…
