I just purchased this item with my festival tokens ( I know had them long time:)
And my receipt is not showing up in my artificer.
When I go to my guardian it says its already known. and my mage that has the profession just shows green, as in I can buy it for him.
I have attached picture for reference.
I believe these are account bound not soul.
What do I do?

Well I’m not getting BSOD now after I installed 8.1 but still getting a lot of crashing 5 sec to 15min.
However, I can play up to an hour or more if I put all graphics to lowest settings.
If I have to then I must.
Sucks this is happening with a event. I’ve blown through so many tickets and freezes right before I kill a boss. So have to re do everything all the time.

Iam also having the same issue. This started on windows 7 (64) believed it was due to a sound issue.
So I installed windows 8.1 yesterday and still having the same issue.
