It’s strange. Earlier today when the patch had just been released I had downloaded it no problem. A couple of hours later I’m trying to update the game on my laptop but I cannot. Many of my friends are having this problem as well …
It seems if you did not download it at release then it won’t be successful?
I have also experienced it when my client shows 0kb/s but closing and reopening the client would allow it to continue. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, this does not seem to work now.

Seems everyone is having this problem regardless of what account they have. Tried logging out and back in again just in case it was an auth error – was not the case. Still broken, please fix.
