Guild Wars 2

Hey, I just want to know if Guild Wars 2 will be getting “Districts” Like in Guild Wars 1, you see in my country we dont have very fast internet speeds compared to the rest of the world. The Avarage person runs between 1mb – 4mb lines, you get the lucky few who can use 10mb. I use a 4mb line My PC specs are Core i5 @ 3.33Ghz, GTX 560 Ti, 6Gb ram. The problem is that when it comes to major events example ( Halloween event inside the mad realm) there is so much internet activity that we get disconnected and loose out on rewards, I havent really been able to to most events due to this experiance. I know overlow is kind of one, but its only one and even then you hit spike internet lag and finally DC with all the activity, like on Tequatl the Sunless fight, got dcd so many times it want worth it anymore.

Sigh, was playing just fine an hour ago…
