Guild Wars 2

Hello! My name is Amanda and I’m 25 from Michigan. I am currently looking for a friendly group of people to hang out with and chat with in game. I purchased this game about a year and a half ago, but never actually started it because none of my friends ended up being interested. I played Guild Wars 1 a little bit, but was in the same boat with that game too. I just had nobody to play with.

I may be new to Guild Wars but am definitely not new to MMO’s. I played WoW for 8 years before losing my job, and since GW2 does not have a subscription I figured it would be perfect to start up in order to get my MMO fix. Thing is, I am a total newbie, and not knowing even basic things about the game is frustrating, and the WoW community’s toxic attitude toward new people has totally killed any way I would ask a question in chat.

My home world is Borlis Pass, for no reason besides it being the random one I chose. I have no problems starting over (psh, I’m only like level 9 while writing this) if I can get some cool peeps to chat and hang out with. Currently unemployed but with night classes a couple days a week, so I can be pretty active. Size does not matter to me.
