what kind of privacy settings? ive been getting this problem for a week and want to fix it
This is strange! I’m running Win10 and I got this error after closing everything that could hurt my privacy. [In fact: I switched “all” settings off, except for a few obvious ones like the location of my “fixed” computer. From that moment on, I regularly lost connection because of lag.]
… I went back to the Win10 Start – Settings – General : Change your privacy options – Let apps use my advertising ID for experiences across apps (turning this of will reset your ID) and switched from off to on => I no longer got any error 7:11:3:191:101.
[I kept all other settings in ‘WIN10 Privacy’ OFF]
