Hi. I am the commander whom last night went into SoR BL and trebbed down 3 out of 4 of SoR trebs from Cragtop hitting garrison.

Regarding all these accusations thrown around about BG buying SoS, the lack of gold and candy in my wallet begs to differ.

I could remember clearly the week before leagues when my small Ops run turned into a kitten storm when SoR allied with SBI cutting off our reinforcements with a queued map blob.

So I would like to point out that there is no one to blame except for the commanders who struck a deal with SBI in the first place.

Bugged entering Dredgehaunt Cliffs

I was trying to complete my Personal Story for my Necromancer which is situated in Dredgehaunt but when I entered the map from Hoelbrak I get disconnected like in the attachment. Now my character is experiencing the same thing every time I try to login and I dare not bring other characters into the map to try.

Hi Gaile,

Good day.

I am writing this post (again) on behalf of my friend whose account was terminated for allegedly tampering with the game.

I have requested for a review on this incident almost a week ago back in page 51 of this thread. A few days later you have updated the status of the ticket to the following:

Update — Friday through Monday, 15 – 19 November
121115-001408 Under review; I added notes to the ticket

Yesterday I was notified that the ticket was closed with no resolution nor an answer/reply/notification of any sort.

Please act on this!

He is a casual player who barely plays that much yet every single day of waiting makes it seem like a lost cause.

Is this is the kind of treatment your players/customers should receive?

Dear Gaile,

Can I get an answer regarding this ticket? It says under review but this is the second time support has closed the ticket without any answers and explanations.

Account Terminated [Incident: 121115-001408]

Dear ANet Admins/GMs/Moderators,

I am posting on behalf of a good friend whose account was TERMINATED for no apparent reason. Hence, he can not login into the forums to post any replies.
Kindly refer and expedite on the incident number above as he has not received any replies after an ANet GM has replied implying that they have “proof” that he has been abusing the game via a 3rd party program.

His last reply to the support email;

I want you to know that we take great care when analyzing accounts prior to termination. NCsoft support staff is both diligent and conservative in determining which accounts are using these programs, and we only terminate an account only after we are able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that such use has occurred.

Dear ArenaNet,
I have checked through the forums and I think that the illegal third party program that you’re saying I’m running should be connected to my Alienware Keyboard and Microsoft X6 Sidewinder mouse with macro capabilities. Can you please confirm if this is true?

I have never set any macros nor do I have any intention to use them unlike in WoW. The only keybind I set is for push-to-talk on Mumble on my mouse.

Hello. Thanks for confirming. Maybe I was too tired because it was late into the night when I completed it.

I shall look for it more thoroughly and confirm for it myself after I get back from work later.

I just got to lvl400 Master Armorsmith last night and I’m not sure if I am able to turn Orichalcum Ores into Orichalcum Ingots as I do not see the options in my recipe list. Same goes for Gossamer Bolts. Is this a bug or I am missing something else I should do?

Sorry if this sounds like a noobish question but some helpful feedback is appreciated
