Hey I was just following the instructions in the reply email to my support ticket. Told me to post it on the forums and twitter so here it is :P
Is there any plans to incorporate a better guild member management system in the future? Having multiple guilds that players can join is fine for the players, but for managing a guild (aka leading) not even being able to tell when the member last logged in, let alone how much time they represent in your guild, makes guild management ridiculously difficult with a max 500 player guild.
Heck even being able to put akittennote next to the members name in the guild roster would help. This is honestly a severe disapointment and a downgrade in the succesion to the original Guildwars.
For leaders trying to manage and maintain an active player member list in their guilds and work towards the best player enviroment, you are asking the officers and leader to spend all their time writing 500 names down and keeping a schedule of when they last were noticed online and if they were representing or not?
Do you expect us to keep an excel spreadsheet on a someones computer to access and update to keep track of 500 peoples log in and representation statistics? Come on, get serious, how time consuming is that?
Please advise if there are plans to rectify the guild member management structure of GW2 as this is inordinately frustrating to myself and all the other guildwars players I have talked to that have now come over to GW2.
