The only reason I submitted the 2nd ticket on the 29th was because my other was marked “resolved,” so I didn’t think I was able to receive responses from it.
Banned for “Payment Fraud.” Purchased a new code from a retailer.. Awaiting response on whether I can reinstate or not.

Has anyone who’s account was suspended for “payment fraud” been able to appeal and get their account back after purchasing a new code?
