Is it gw2 supports usual to suspend people without explanation then forget why they did so thus never replaying to our support tickets?

So apparently my account has been suspended for an account issue.
Makes one wonder what is this “account issue” From what i found on the Interwebz they were a couple examples of “payment” issues and you get banned shortly after purchasing the game.. However I bought the game from Gw2 official site three/four years ago. So it can hardly be of that. Any clue what other brilliant reasons they may come up with and label an “account issue”?

Main class/potential classes: Main warrior and guardian, potential mesmer.
region: Gunnar’s hold EU, shouldn’t matter i live in Hotm
practice time: Mostly between 14:00 GMT+2 till midnight GMT+2
Other: I’ve occupied myself mostly with duels and soloq due to loss of previous team, but i still have the logic and experience left from those cool times.
