Where is that stated?

The registration was fluid. I got the email confirmation and everything.
I was told that I need to purchase a new serial and I did. I now have access to the forums.. but not in-game.

If this were not possible, i should have been prompted that new serials can not be added to this account. I just want to play.

I’m having the exact same issue right now. my account was suspended & refunded.. and they told me to buy a new serial.. so I did. and linked it to my account (its the only one i have)… and now i can’t log in…. I can access the forums but not the account.

I hope we both get an answer soon. this game is pretty awesome. i just want to play

My account was suspended and refunded and Arenanet stated that I needed to buy a new Serial code… so I did..

I purchased the serial directly from the site, and linked it to the same account. following the ‘stacking serial’ tutorial on the support site.

AND I STILL get the account suspended screen when i try to log in.
What do I do?!

The event where you fight back the Risen is bugged.
The monster count drops to 2 and then the event resets.
I can’t purchase from karma vender until it completes
and its impossible with the looping event

So I have a slight issue. I was purchasing items on the Black Lion Trading Company
and I found this handsome Mini Ice Elemental:

the miniature costed 17 silver. I purchased it

well so i thought. The money was deducted from my gold amount. but no mini waiting for me to pick up from the Trading company.
How do I get my money back? or get my miniature?
