But how do you get those bottles in WvW?

I was able to confirm it, by picking one of the bottles that the enemy dropped and using it on a wall of a garrison held by the enemy.

I just don’t know the original source.

Title. Some enemies “showed” it to me by downing the east wall of Woodhaven, running inside and dropping the bottle, then just leaving again.

I’m guessing it’s a drop from the Skritt to the NE?

I just ran some quick tests and I’m getting 8-10% of a level for a normal objective and around 20% for a keep in EotM.

It would help if you could represent your gains in a % base instead of “inches on my 27” screen".

I’ve had exactly the opposite experience in EotM since the 9th Sep patch.

When I was leveling in EotM 2 months ago, I would gain 1 level roughly every 30 minutes. Now I’m getting 1 level roughly every 10-15 minutes.

I am running with a Birthday Booster active though, but still. I am gaining levels faster than WvW Rank and I can’t recall that being the case prior to the patch.

The new meta is to forge alliances between servers to steamroll to #1 and #2 and use hacking, because there is virtually 0 game master support for gw2 atm due to china start and/or wildstar start.

This tourney is a complete farce. My reasonable hope for the inevitable next 10 of them is that they will reduce the runtime to a more palpable 4-5 weeks.

What I really want is a different objective other than points. Playing for points is the laziest way arenanet could have gone, but seeing as it’s amateur hour 24/7 over there with no hope of improvement, I’ll settle for the reduced runtime.

A lot of good changes in the right direction. With EotM in place they have options to address coverage as well. But even if they don’t do it for s2, the community lash out is going to be so loud, they’ll probably address it in s3.

Just remember what WvW teaches the individual. Coverage may be the most important winning factor for the server as a whole, but perseverance is the most important one for the individual. Persevere.

In WvW spirits can be very useful in large scale battles, because you’re essentially body blocking enemy AoE from hitting your fellow players.

I just love how lvl70 blues/greens look better than most of the dungeon sets ._.

I was so happy to finally find a heavy armour set that wasn’t a chainmail dress.

I want to try the outfit with the pants from the Profane set, but dropping 40g+ on a set you only going to use 1/6th of is holding me back.

Also I initially though about buying one of the black dyes to go with the green, but the textures already have a lot of dark parts on their own.
