Hello, in my 3 years of GW I have never posted, but I am sitting here and wondering why it is easier to bunker and sustain than attack with power. You have a very narrow margin when you play glass, you need to time your attacks, etc, but as sustain the skill level is much less…. I don’t think PVP can be balanced while its easier to defend than attack.

No unfortunately World Summit is not fixed.
