4/23 Account Hacked, lost everything including characters
4/29 Told I was “in queue for account restoration”
4/30 I asked how long does this typically take
5/02 Told it appears my ticket was resolved
05/02 Updated my ticket saying its not resolved
05/03 Told to change my email, did it right away
05/04 Told I was being flagged to speed it up
05/07 Nothing done yet again and I actually received a Customer Support Survey asking me how my service was…lmao…seriously Anet??

Btw Gaile, is there ANY way to speak to a supervisor or manager on the phone or through email?

So, its 05/03 and I have to update my ticket to pretty much tell them I’m at the same dang spot I was a week and a half ago!?!
I hope you can feel my frustration with Anet. I understand you guys are busy but just because you guys are working hard, that doesnt mean customer service is allowed to be this poor.

Once we are “in the queue for account restoration” how long does that typically take?

Account hacked, all items lost and 7- L80s deleted and no response.
I see its very common not to get a response after a week of waiting. No matter how busy you guys are a response of SOME sort from a human being would go a LONG way.

Happened to me in Mag BL. No warning, no lag just DC. Now we get to wait another 90m to play the game…

Come on Anet, take the time to fix the game before launching anymore new content!
WvWvW queues are horrendous, then when you finally get in the skill lag makes the game not worth playing. These are simple 50v50 fights at most and you cant use any skill outside of #1. MMO’s 10 years ago handled server lag better than this. Increase the wvw limits and fix or get new servers so its playable.
