Does anyone know what site I am referring to?

Seems to offer lots of survival to me and support for my team. I know its not meta and high DPS. Just want to provide good support and stay alive a while.
What do you guys think?
As far as gear I’m working on my crafting to get ascended. Using a build like this what gear would you guys recommend my working towards?
Has there been a recent test of what graphics setting have the biggest impact in FPS?
I’m currently running a ATI R7 370 card with a phenom 4 core at 3.8 ghz. (set at High Performance) I realize I wont be able to render 100 fps in Lion Arch at prime time but want to squeeze as much beauty out of the game as I can without talking a hit in frames.
So what is your trick to get good FPS
I’ve been gone for about a year because of other life events but now I’m back. I see many things have changed in the game. I just loaded the game back up on a newly built rig and felt a little overwhelmed.
What do I need to know? I played a Necro and hung in WvWvW much of my time and liked to do dungeons occasionally.
