I’ll agree that the minipet movement leaves something to be desired alright, especially when you have some innate speed boosts like signets or traits. Though my suggestion would fix your second point since you’d only have to chose whether or not it’s displayed once, not every time you zone.
I, personally, like that there isn’t any indicator to show you where the puzzles (I’m assuming you mean jumping puzzles) are.
One of the best experiences I have had so far with the game was revisiting an area that I had previously 100%’d with a guildie who showed me 3 out of the four jumping puzzles in that area that I was not aware of.
I know that I could have checked the wiki, but there was a nice feeling of exploration that I got from not doing so.
I had a quick search through the suggestions and didn’t come across this idea, so apologies in advance if it has already been posted.
My suggestion for minipets is a simple one.
Just have another equipment slot in the hero pane/window (whatever it’s called) in which you equip a mini with a checkbox, like the one for the helm/shoulders/cloak, to display/hide your mini.
No more opening my inventory every time I want to display the mini, it’s simply shown if I have one equipped and visible and not if I don’t.
No more inventory slot taken up with a mini that, if it isn’t in an invisible bag, disappears every time I want to deposit my collectibles.
Any thoughts from the community (or the devs of course) on this?
I just noticed the same thing happen to me. I didn’t log out though. It seemed to stop working after I entered a personal story instance (Either Unhloy Ground or Champion of The Sun)
