Base stats are being boosted from 926 to 1000.
All gear will be getting the rest. The gap between Exotic and Ascended will still be 5%.

Ok so with this patch coming today people are saying that since traits no longer will give the stats it used to its going to be packed into gear.. and only Ascended gear is this true or are people yanking my chain?
