So good druids get punished for actually dodging damage and having good positioning in group play. This change makes full support druids want to go hybrid, (Heal/Tank) or (Dps-condi/Heals), which other classes can do better. Druids will need to actually do some damage or take damage to get Celestial Avatar up and ready for burst healing.
