Wanna do something better than the Rush-Res?
Just put a timer like 30 seconds before using a Waypoint, this way would make the Zerk-Res not available and would be make some dungeons,that are impossible, possible.
Don’t forget that guild wars 2 is not only made only for Hard core players, there is some casual players that really loved dungeons but now impossible to even try to do anything for them, try to fix this dungeon thing otherwise it will became another elitist game just like WoW.

Well I think they need to add a Heavy armor too but still feel sad that i don’t have my gamestyle in the game, since the game is so awesome i really think they should try to add this and a Knight too as soon as possible.
And about the Armors i think Light is the on that fits the most, if you take other games like Diablo that Monks are basically topless but yes it’s kinda hard to think of something like this as a monk or a Martial Artist.

Well since i started to play Guild Wars 2 i found kinda sad that it doesn’t have a Martial Artist profession and lack of blunt weapons.
As a “Slash” weapon we have:
Greatsword(High Damage/ Low Speed)
Sword(Mid Damage/ Mid Speed)
Axe(Mid Damge/Mid Speed)
Dagger(Low Damage/ High Speed)

As “Smash” weapons:
Hammer(High Damage/Low Speed)
Mace(MidDamage/Low Speed)

Yes that is all since shield is more like a support “weapon” in my opinion.

So i would like to ask a new kind of blunt weapon: Cestus(Mid Damage/Mid Speed).This new weapon would give a better mobility to Warrior,
Guardian and Mesmer and would make a new profession Martial Artist a awesome new additional to the game, that will fill
(Not all but a part of) the void that was left in guild wars 2 professions.
This weapon could be just like a Sword or a Axe in damage but with a blunt theme that would make the people(like me) that like to go close
and heavy sparring happy.

Well i talked about the Martial Artist but didn’t explain how it(Possible) could work, so i want to try to give a try but first so questions:
-Why make a Martial Artist?
Because the game lack of a Blunt weapons hitter.
-Isn’t Warrior a similar profession?
No, warrior use heavy armor that make him slow (theory), even if he is a master of weapons it can’t control a lot of play styles like
elementalist or a martial artist.
-Isn’t thief similar?
No, as a thief you have to be stealth and don’t like to stay in battle for long.
-Isn’t Elementalist similar?
No, Elementalist are mages that means they use magic not martial arts as weapons.
-This would make the professions system broken (a class be more powerful against others)?
No, Martial Artist would only make a new play style that was missing playable.
-What kind of armor it would wear?
Provably because of the mobility Light or Medium Armor.
-It will use Magic attacks?
No, of course not.
-What weapons would it use ?
Cestus,Staff(melee)and Long Bow
So after this questions let’s go to the main idea
It will be a fusion of Thief/Elementalist.
Thief- Close Combat with heavy damage.
Elementalist- Different playstyles(f1,f2,f3,f4) and can’t change weapons in combat.

Martial Artist Description:
They use all parts of the body and mind as weapons to take down the enemy as fast as possible.

PlayStyles: All Weapons will have a different play style that means you can use it for almost all situations just like Elementalist.

F1: Strong(POWER and -TOUGHNESS)
F2: Fast(
PRECISION and -VITALITY)
F3: Evasive(VITALITY/BOONS and -PRECISION)
F4: Tough(
TOUGHNESS and -POWER)

Well that is all for now if this get popular I can try to make a better detailed version of my idea of a Martial Artist.
