You can avoid elitism. You can’t avoid being in a bad group without the right information.

The end product legendary can be sold on the trading post. Why not make the other stuff able to be sold? Whats the logic behind it?

Doing something without breaking the rule
it’s legal
Banning players who didn’t break the rule
it’s illegal

it would be extremely hard to write rules to every possible (and yet to be discovered) exploit. so how much karma did you gain while afk?

If you were afk while getting karma, you deserve the ban. Yes that includes the in game auto attack feature that was racking you karma while you slept, went out, attended to clients, took a dinner break, or whatever reason.
