Out of 31 completed titles, 10 are still missing in the Hall of Monuments Reward Calculator along with my achievement points in GW2, anyone has/had a similar issue?

I am writing here after trying all the troubleshooting available for this type of bug.
There may be a thread that directly address this issue, but I could’nt find it so far.

Those of you out there that spent tremendous time working on GW titles will understand my deception. The main consequence: I don’t get the 50 achievement points in-game reward for ‘’champion of the gods’’ title.

!?!?!

A few clarification about what I looked into so far:

-My accounts are properly linked
-The Hero—> Titles tab in my GW Original account shows 31 completed titles
-The Hero—> General—> Hall of Monument tab in GW2 shows 48/50 points earned.
-The online HoM reward calculator shows 48/50 points earned.
-The only gauge that is’nt full is the ’’Honor’’, with 16/18 (32 statues/titles obtained).
- I logged in GW Original, interacted all the dialogs possible with the NPC Kimmes in HoM, then logged in GW2, and interacted with the NPC Kimmes (phantom), with all my characters on both accounts, It did not trigger the achievements to unlock.

-I wrote a ticket to ANet, the reply I received from the agent ‘’looking into’’ my problem is that she could see it’s wrong, but she can’t do anything about it. Then (hold your breath) she suggested that I should try and complete the 21 missing titles to unlock everything and see if perhaps it’ll solve the bug (…)

Moreover, I now feel like some of the ANet people answering tickets maybe never played either games (GW1/GW2) , or not to a level sufficient to understand neither the complexity of the in-game mechanism, nor the time it takes to max one or many titles.

I hope I can find a way to address my issue to a competent game technician.
I also feel highly perplex that ANet can just say ‘’Geee… Sorry for your 10 maxed titles, they’re stuck in GW1 amd useless for GW2’’…
