Have not heard anything back in a week now.
It did say high number of tickets, but I’m wondering what time frame I should expect here.
I was unable to sync my original GW account (or log in to the original game) and submitted a ticket for password reset. I knew the email and password, but it kept saying invalid/error when I tried – hence the ticket submission for password reset/recovery.
