Don’t want to interfere with all this intelligence flow in the thread, but can anyone be so kind and link that “god tier scrapper build”, you know… for science.

I am almost certain tooltip has 10x in description, but i guess better double check hands on when i come back home

Flamethrower 1 is the best for “on hit” “on crit” procs, because it does 10 instances of an attack in 2 seconds, and each of them can crit separately, similar as grenades.
So things like bunker down, traights from firearms, runes with 1 sec internal cds proc like no tomorrow

I am usually online around 22:00-02:00 EST, and was looking for a guild, went through this list you posted, but it is not really clear which one would be active around that time.
Any recommendations?
