Guild Wars 2

I will look I have one star for a quest I can not complete, I keep dying cause the enemies are just to tough. I explored most of what I can handle with my level and just can not find any other quests. Finished all the hearts and some travel quests.

Hello I am new here and I am stuck on level 6 I can not find quests or understand if there is some way to gain XP to level that I am just not seeing. Any help would be great
