I’ve seen people say on the tech forum say how it differs from server to server…don’t know if that translates into spvp thou(they made no mention of it, just general lag)

Anyone here that can recommend a non-laggy world? Currently playing on Seafarer’s Rest(EU), and there’s @ a 1s delay on each skill that you use…makes the game feel completely unresponsive, absolute garbage…annoys the kitten out of me. Been saving some gems for a transfer

Agreed…ever since the patch, I’ve been getting constant 2-3s lag spikes in spvp. Like the state of spvp isn’t bad as it is, lag was missing…

Even if the mechanics of some skills will differ to a certain extent, I see no problem with this either…no one’s advocating for a full makeover of everything, but take into account that most players have alts, many of them playing different classes quite efficiently. If a player can transition from one class to another, where the mechanics of them are totally different from one another, without the said confusion, then I see absolutely no issue for that player to adjust to minor differences in a class when going from pvp to pve and vice versa, as long as he is aware of the said differences.

100% agree with the idea…PVP and PVE/WvW are already taking place in totally different areas/instances, in disconect with one another. Tweaking with the classes separately, to achieve desired ends in both PVP/PVE seems like a logical idea. I see no reason why this wasn’t done from the very beggining.

wait till you get to the upper levels, it’s gonna take me two months to get from 40 to 50 and unlock any new armor :| sigh

why not just separate the two then >.> you already have them in different places all together, in a total disconnect with each other…why not balance @ each aspect separately?(speaking abt spvp and pve)

anyone in their right mind would :| when you realise it takes a couple of nades to take those turrets down, or a couple of cluster bombs, why wouldn’t you do it? no risk involved and it completly shuts down all the utility the engineer has, and all his damaging capabilities
