Guild Wars 2

I first entered the key that was sent to the email, then it asked for my information, once I click next it should have tried to bring me to the completion page where it tells you your account has been created. But instead it cannot find the page.

We have tried multiple times to create it. It always does the same thing. I found another person on the forums with the same problem.

I just bought the game for my friend and when we create the account right before it goes to the done, page it cant find it. We just got him the game and he cant even log in to download it.

So I was creating a new account for my friend, but after we enter all the information, it simply goes to this:

I have tried on multiple web browsers, and on different computers, but still nothing.
If someone knows if the problem is on their end, or is just the key or some thing, that would be a big help.
