All of your characters are on the same server, since your account is tied to your server, not your characters.

I’m guessing you want to play WvW on other servers, since that’s really the only thing you can’t do (you can already do any PvE/sPvP with people from any server), in which case your best bet is going to be to just make a new account and associate it with a different server.

Okay, I guess I’m not following. . .I have 6 toons on the Sea of Sorrows server ( I think that’s the name). I don’t want to delete any of them. So as it stands now, I cannot create any more toons on this realm….no more character slots.

I want one of each profession….I need a Mesmer and Elementalist. I can’t do this if I don’t have any more character slots.

So the only way I’m thinking to create these new toons is to start them on a different server?

Can I do this? If so how?

I have all 6 character slots (have HoT) filled on my current server, but don’t want to delete any of them.

Can I start new toons on another server?

If so, how, I can’t seem to get out of my current server without transferring a toon?

I LOVE the fact that the sacred trilogy isn’t the “end all be all” of the builds in GW2. It sounds like there is a lot of freedom, w/in reason in this game to build what and how you like. . . .that is friggn’ awesome.

I cannot wait to get to higher levels to be able to
“fiddle” with my traits, and build a custom toon. Very refreshing, compared to what I’m used to.

I’m still trying out different professions to see which I like best, so I’m sure I’ll have a ton more questions . Thanks again.

Thanks for the relpy. I’m used to playing that other MMO, and if I was a Hunter over there I would only wear gear with agility, let’s say.

I was just wondering if there was a specific attribute or attributes that a Ranger should only wear or concentrate on.

I’m just starting out, so I’m nowhere near lvl 80yet, so I guess I have nothing to concern myself til then.

I’m new to the game, again. . .meaning, I tried it back in 2012, but just couldn’t get in to it. So, I’m back trying to educate myself through game experience and GW2Wiki.

I’m loving the game so far. . .trying out different races and professions.

I’m playing a Ranger right now and I’m curious as to what Attributes I should be focusing on? Primary? Secondary? etc. . .

Reading GW2Wiki, the site gives you definitions of the attributes, but they don’t seem to be profession specific? Must be missing it?

As a Ranger, what are the primary, secondary, derived, special, etc. . .attributes I should focus on?

I love the Action Cam. . .however what I find annoying is when I move my toon with my mouse (both left and right clickers pushed down) my keybound #1 ability always activates when the left mouse clicker is pushed down.

This is annoying. Is there anyway to make it so the left clicker on the mouse does not active my #1 ability?

I’ve looked in settings/keybinds, but cannot find when in Action Cam mode, it showing the left mouse clicker activating my #1 ability?

I hit level 6 and I am able to use my off hand.

I have multiple weapons and I see in the settings that ` is set to swap weapons.

Well, it doesn’t work. Is there a certain level I must achieve before i can swap with the keybind? Its kind of bummer having to keep bringing up the Hero icon to switch weapons.

I have it set so that I can see everybody’s name over their toon, but I don’t see a setting in the options area that will let me see my own name over my toon?

I’m guessing other players see my name, we are just not allowed to see our own name floating over our toon in game?

I guess I’m just used to it from other MMO’s.

It will not work until you set a keybind

Great, thanks for the info….let me ask though, what do you mean you have to set a keybind? The system already sets the keybinds? I mean I changed Dodge to Q as a key bind. . .is that what you mean?

Where is this action cam everybody is talking about? I can not find it in the options settings. I must be missing it? I did purchase and download HoT, if that matters.

Hello, just curious. . .is there any crafting in this game,. . .Armorer, Weapons maker, Leather/Cloth maker, etc? I don’t see anything in the Forums. . .
