Between Toxic Bite and Charge plus their ridiculously low cooldowns, they can stun, knockback, bleed, poison and cripple in 3-4 stacks each.

So basically fighting 3 of these guys is guaranteed to kill any character. Hell I was fighting them with a thief character with lots of dodging and stealth. They STILL managed to stun me while executing an evasive maneuver. And they can interrupt me from 10 feet away. WTF!

I know. Here’s an idea!
How about giving them a third attack that will stun, paralyze, cripple, bleed, confuse, 100% critical hit, freeze, poison, knockback, drown, daze, petrify, hit 3-4 times per cast and deal 500 damage with each hit and has a 900 AOE radius?
Also let’s make an event in which you must fight 25 Risen Bullsharks while blindfolded and your arms tied behind your back.

They sure could use a buff! They are not broken in the slightest, believe me.

It’s not like underwater combat is already crippled, right?

Seriously, did anyone even test the Bull Shark event in the Strait of Malediction?

Actually the entire Straits of Devastation area needs some serious second look into its spawn rates and events. Just my two cents there… (well, besides the long rant).

It also does not affect their health or abilities, making summoning spells completely useless in the game right now. My entire summoning necromancer build is broken
