Wiki says it is, but I’ve tried talking to Ogden with both priory and non-priory players. No luck, yet. A shame, too. I had wanted to go dance in front of Abaddon’s statue, so that he could down me.
I DO wish the basement library was available outside the living story. =/

I know it’s an early sylvari concept, but I’d love to see it as an outfit.

I can already imagine how glorious it would look on Charr. =^.^=

*I avoid the mic when I’m on TS with my guild mates, simply because my high pitched voice could possibly drive some poor soul insane

*I have supernatural patience when it comes to jumping puzzles

*Usually, I’ll give a shout-out on map chat if I’m at a hard-to-reach vista. It fills my heart with rainbows of goodness to port people up

*I force myself to be super nice in PvE. I have to make up for all the times I’ve moa morphed my enemies in WvW

*I once pugged a dungeon while completely being kitten-faced. Twas the best run ever!
