The shadow arts ability number II “Slowed Pulse” does not seem to be working. I can not see the heal at all in the combat log, although all my other random heals show up there. No tooltip with the 3 crosses shows up for the 10 sec regen. I also never notice my HP going up as soon as I get 2 stacks of bleeding ( i have let a foe take me down a bit before I engaged with my pistol to land the stacks of bleeds) and no heal.
So is this skill working? Anyone else run this and notice it not healing you at all?
That would be PvE Zergs to be more precise.
Mostly WvW and Zergs.

I went to the third trait in trickery to gain the 3 initiative for an extra cluster bomb spam (sb 2). The gear I have now Is Carrion (power, vitality, condition damage) and Krait (condition damage, bleed duration). I use Sigils of Venom (poison duration) and Agony (bleed duration) on my weapons.
Any thoughts, opinions, or suggestions!
