Guild Wars 2

I have a few other 80s but engineer is my new favorite I think and the toon I want to craft ascended armor for. I’ve made the wrong ascended weapons before in the past for other toons and don’t want to make that mistake again for the engi. Right now im digging grenades/elixir gun/and an elixir of some sort or rocketboots, I switch it up. I also prefer pistol/shield as my weapon choice. I’m going 30/30/0/0/10 basic grenade traits and speedy kits cus I gotta have that swiftness. So i’m going to be making ascended weapons and armor and trinkets and i’m just not sure what is best at all for an engi. I do it all pve, bosses, temples, dungeons, wvw, whatever I can and I need just one all around armor set and weapons and trinkets. I don’t wanna be a complete glass cannon which I know the build im running is so if anyone has any suggestions on that too that’d be great, maybe a nades build that’s not so squishy. I know nades throws down a lot of conditions so maybe an armor with cond dmg? I don’t know. I know I don’t want to be too squishy, still do good dmg, so im not too sure. So any input on the kind of armor/weapons/trinkets/runes/sigils I should be using i’d love to hear from you, Thankyou!
