Yea, I’ve completed 2 WvW maps around two weeks ago hoping for something for my newly dinged 80 lvl but all I got was 4xlvl26 masterworks.

The two other WvW maps that I’ve completed during headstart gave me ~50lvl rares and that gave me the idea to wait till 80 for possibly even better reward, never would have thought that I would be awarded with much worse items..

However, try looking at the other dungeon gear, as the stats vary depending on the vendor.

Yea there are vendors with stats I want, but I do not look forward to farming these other dungeons neither I like their looks on my charr.

Then people whom suit these stats are in significant financial advantage over me as exotics set is around 15-20g on TP depending on its stats combo..

Why do dungeon armor sets have only 3 versions with different stats ? I just realized there’s no variation among sets from TA/CM that would suit me, although I really like the looks. Am I supposed to throw extra money on exotics on TP just to transmog them ?

As a mix of support/tanky warrior I’m wearing set with +Toughness +Precision +Power, neither CM nor TA sets offer me that combo, leaving me with +Healing Power or +Condition Dmg which isn’t that useful for me (tried to run explorables in armor with these stats combos that TA/CM sets offer and it was worse compared to running in my “basic” set).

This kind of makes running these dungeons pointless for me and these are supposed to be part of my endgame plus I cant see any clear reasoning behind not making dungeon armor offer every stats variations that other armors have

As title says, I got downed seconds before last boss was killed then I rallied, received token reward but no achievement, and that was the last path that I needed.

I’ve just finished another run on that path, stayed alive during boss death and received the achievement. It may not be a big deal, but I do dungeons in PUGs and that happened on the hardest and the longest route, hadn’t I found some really good players creating PUG because of lack of online friends I don’t think I would get that thing any soon.

Solution to night capping point advantage?

I’m playing on Far Shiverpeaks, and while during the weekend we had around 3k points lead, now after half week of night capping we are 130k points behind (!!) and the 3rd server has even less poitns.

During the monday prime time I saw that people actually tried to do something , as the chart showed that we were gaining almost the same amount of points as the winning team, but on wednesday no one seemed to care anymore as we were 100k behind and even during the prime time the chart was sodomized with winning server’s colour.

Now let me enlighten you, FS was EU 2nd server in ranking AN posted right before introducing 7days WvW and the nightcapping one was 1st, how is matchmaking system going to help us ?

WvW is supposedly one of the bigger points of endgame, and that’s been taken from us.

Anyone saying that it was our fault that we didnt get oceanic players to join our server is just pathetic – yea the first thing that came to my mind after buying the game was to get different timezone players to win matches in something I did’t fully understand yet (not everyone played the betas mind you, nor everyone playing GW2 is such a nerd to be aware that such things might happen).

Score multiplier based on participants ratio would greatly help – if one team’s numbers are twice as big as other teams, they should earn half the points (notice I’m not talking about changing rewards individual player gets)

As for this being unjust.. Well, you are most likely living in democratic country and if majority wants something you have to adjust, I think there are more EU players that are sick of nightcapping than players in communities that actually nightcap… so go figure

Not having servers dedicated to your timezone does not entitle you to ruin game experience of other people.

[Bug]Vengeance debuff persisting through death

I’m talking about warrior downed skill “3”, as long as you die because timer ran out it’s fine, but if mobs kill you with that debuff on it stays there and ressurecting at a waypoint results in death few seconds later as timer ends, which means I have to pay two times for the res at waypoint and my repair bills are higher.

There’s a workaround – waiting until the glowing aura indicating vengeance fades and then ressurecting, but because of that I couldn’t get on time to dungeon mob pack, what caused them to reset..

This happens in various places, but today I’ve got reallykitten in Strait of Devastation zone.

As the zone is dynamic-events only I was happy to finally see a not bugged event which wanted me to free some slaves from risen in Strait of Malediction area.
Even if I managed to kill a group of risen defending the cells (as they were impossible to get one by one as they seemed to call others for quite a distance) I was getting interrupted in destroying the cells by two, new and shining, risen on the places of recently killed ones.

I hope it’s not meant to be like that, it seemed like the respawn timer was based no amount of people in the whole zone (although it wasnt really crowded). Some wandering player decided to help me but soon we deemed it pointless as the respawns were still unmanageable.

Asking players for help on map chat would only yeld “water combat sucks” answer (and thb I have to agree).

Non-event land fighting isnt much better in that zone as risen seem to be countless and my warrior was getting pretty much stomped (I have a damage build – I guess there goes “play how you want to play”) only to find mobs I’ve managed to kill to be back up after a short while of running from waypoint.
