I really like the way my (partly human cultural skinned) ascended armor looks. I know it’s just a cosmetic hangup, but I don’t want to pick a new skin so that other toons can benefit from its sweet new transferability. There are plenty of armor pieces that have a different look depending on gender or whatever; couldn’t cultural armor just have some default appearance (even invisible) or something if the wrong race has it on?

I run more-or-less this build with a/m and hammer and it is a non-stop erotic thrill ride.

The amount of people complaining about quest bugs is surprising. I can’t think of any other MMO launch that was as smooth as this one, and I think I playedkittennear all of them. TP problems were slightly annoying and my heart goes out to the necros, but I have to say that Anet exceeded my expectations.

I’ll agree as far as the respawn rates go. Sometimes Orr feels like it wasn’t tested enough in that one regard. I have to (respectfully of course) disagree with all other calls for nerfing though. If the map is easily soloable for a fresh 80, it’ll be a mindless farmfest for anyone with gear. I enjoy having to pay attention, and probably wouldn’t have much fun in Orr if all that was required of me was “chilling and paying semi attention.” If a player’s build (or skill level – not necessarily people on this thread – don’t freak out) isn’t quite up to hitting Cursed Shore, he shouldn’t feel any shame in working one of the previous zones for a while and collecting some karma and money. God knows he’ll probably want the mats if he’s crafting at all.
