Sorry as much as i respect WM and what they can do, I have been on the recieving end of two WM Portal bombs and this was done BEFORE the Blackgate matchup so to say you dont do it is rubbish. I dont think it was unfair or wrong, just the fact your claiming WM didnt and dont use Portal bombing/turtling when they clearly do in some circumstances.

Baha states that WM tested turtling out a few times to see the pro’s and con’s of it and it turned out to not be a part of WM’s playstyle.

On portal bombing, we never said anything about it because it’s something that is being used as intended and widely used in all tiers whilst turtling is a new strategy in tier 1 which we were not familiar with. WM didn’t complain about turtling, as Baha clearly states that they tried to figure out how to beat it instead of complaining whether if it is a legit strat or not.

The only way to fix this whole problem partially is to reset WvWvW ladders and announce a date to close free transfers. This will give many top tier guilds incentive to move to other servers.

I’m pretty sure many guilds and alliances that are in tier 1 would like to move to a server where they don’t have to wait 5 hours to get into a WvWvW map in prime time.

Also there need’s to be a lower population cap for the time being so servers cannot be flooded instantly.
