When you are switching to more zerker items in the hybrid build how do you still have 16.5k hp. what items do you wear that have vitality on it? Thanks in advance love the vids.

In the hybrid build do you still use one piece valk and one piece knights? If so what piece do you have knights and valk on..gloves and helm?
