Guild Wars 2

Okay i have asked support and they have answered that everything in bank WILL stay. But in guild bank it wont.

That’s what i did, but there are some account-bound items that i can’t send to friends. For example my Halloween witch costume.

Okay so i know that deleting all characters means free server transfer BUT a friend of mine told me that Bank items stay. I have a skin and a lot of items i want to save so i wouldn’t like to lose them.
As i said, friend of mine told me that bank item stay but i rode on forum that bank gets wiped too. Is there anyone here who knows 100000% that Bank gets restarted or it stays?
