It is also broken for me. 
I won and no title and it took forever for me to win in the first place, so it is pretty frustrating. I hope they either fix it or give us more time as it has been broken on and off for awhile.

I just won the crab toss for the first time and didn’t get credit for the achievement or the title. It’s frustrating that they would not give us extra time to get some of these achievements considering some of them haven’t been working properly for a good portion of the event.
