I’m currently trying to help my little brother gaining aces to his account. He’s sure that his log-in information is correct, but still he can’t login. We’ve tried the option ‘Account recovery’. They need additional information, e-mail, serial code and a character name. The e-mail and serial code is not the problem, it’s remembering a character name that gives us a hard time. He hasn’t been playing for about a year, so he can’t remember his character name
Is there another way to recover your account?
