Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone;

I’m not that new to Guild Wars 2, but at the same time I am not an experienced player.
I am currently looking for friends to play with on Guild Wars 2, preferably on my home server; Ehmry Bay.
I was also wondering if there are any Guilds out there which are based on the Ehmry Bay server.

I have also tried to make a purchase.
The Black Lion shop should be use-able after level 8, correct?

I seem to be acquiring the same error as most have, where after confirming to pay – it error’s and then payment is not made, and there is no gems delivered either.
