Have you tried a -repair of the client?

It worked! That bug was really annoying thank you very much my friend!

I don’t think a client repair has anything to do with hotm servers but I will give it a shot, I’ll post the result when it’s done

5 of the 6 characters I have are sitting in Heart Of The Mists and each time I try to log them my screen goes white and an error message pops up (refer to screenshot). I was logging in and out of all these characters roughly 10 hours ago just fine. I have restarted my router, restarted my computer, disabled my firewall/real time scanning, double checked to be sure gw2 was allowed through my firewall, and ran it as an admin. If anyone has a solution or something for me to try it would be greatly appreciated.

Only character I can log is my DH which is in Lion’s Arch
