Dagger #4, if I recall correctly, will copy 3 of your conditions to your target, but will sometimes only remove one from you.

Fear doesn’t stack though, so copying it from all of your allies near you shouldn’t extend the duration by 18 seconds.

That’s a bug with the trait “Reaper’s Protection.” If the fear from it activates on a Necromancer who also has that trait, they will sometimes be feared for 20 seconds.
